REALITY DRAFT Terms of Service Effective Date: June 1, 2025 Operated by Stitch & Snare, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reality Draft, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

Reality Draft is an independent, free-to-play fantasy game platform where users can participate in fantasy leagues based on reality television programming. The Platform is operated independently and is not affiliated with any television network, streaming service, production company, or cast or crew of any television program.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration To participate in games on Reality Draft, you must create an account using a valid email address and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

3.2 Account Security Reality Draft uses passwordless authentication via magic links sent to your email. You are responsible for the security of your email account and any magic links sent to it. Do not share magic links with others.

3.3 One Account Per Person Each person may maintain only one account per game. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in removal from the Platform.

4. Rules of Participation

By participating in any game on Reality Draft, you agree to:

  • Play fairly and in good faith
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Not attempt to manipulate scores, picks, or game outcomes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or other users’ experience
  • Not impersonate another person or entity
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. No Prizes or Entry Fees

Reality Draft is currently free to play and does not offer prizes, cash rewards, or entry fees. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or prizes in the future, which will be governed by additional terms at that time.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content All content, design, code, and features of the Reality Draft Platform are owned by or licensed to Stitch & Snare, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 No Affiliation with Third-Party IP Reality Draft is an independent fan platform. References to television programs, show titles, or cast members are used for informational and entertainment purposes only under principles of nominative fair use. We make no claim of ownership over any third-party intellectual property. Reality Draft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any television network, streaming service, production company, or the producers, cast, or crew of any television program.

6.3 User Content By submitting any content to the Platform (such as display names), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating the Platform.

7. Termination and Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to:

  • Remove a player from any game at any time
  • Correct scores or picks in the event of errors or abuse
  • Discontinue any game or the Platform entirely

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF GAME SCORES, STANDINGS, OR ANY OTHER GAME-RELATED DATA.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STITCH & SNARE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stitch & Snare, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [YOUR STATE].

12. Changes to These Terms
